The loss of Jen and David is beyond words. Not seeing Jen’s beautiful smile or hearing David’s voice in the office as they made their way down the boulevard will be deeply missed by myself and the entire Real Estate team. They were both gentle, kind and caring, and were so happy together. Rest in Peace Jen and David, you will forever be in our hearts. Sending my condolences and prayers to their families.

I have known Jenny since HS days at Visitation, we have been friends for over 40 years. I am so sad and devastated to hear this tragic news. I never had the opportunity to meet David, but I know she really cared for him and that they had lots of fun times together. God has gained 2 very special angels. Prayers to Jenny’s mom and sister and the David’s family as well!

Unfathomable. My wife was a lifelong friend of Jennifer and we had a great time with her and David the last few years whenever we came down from Toronto. We zoomed with them not too long ago and now they are gone. Great people and truly a tragedy. We will keep both families in our prayers.

David was a dear friend. He worked with me for many years and I have nothing but the best to say about him. He was helpful and caring to anyone who needed him. I didn’t get the pleasure of meeting Jennifer, but David talked about her a lot. He adored her! It’s hard to imagine him not being here, but may he rest in peace in Heaven!! He will be greatly missed.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I was at the intersection when it happened and immediately got on the phone with EMS while running to their car. I wish I could have done more to help them.

Thank you Mr. Giwer for doing everything you could for Jen and David in their time of need. While heaven gained two angels that evening, its comforting to know that there are still caring people like yourself willing to help others. God bless you.

David was great friend and colleague who I had the pleasure of serving with on the Board of the Feldman Chamber Music Society for about 10 years. He has done so much for the Feldman over the years and was instrumental in it’s success. David was truly a selfless servant and was always willing to help in any way he could. We are greatly saddened by his passing and we will keep David and his family in our prayers.

I ministered to Jennifer just before her brother’s death. I am shattered by this news. Please, please let me know of funeral services. I am a member of St. Peter’s in Richmond where she was a former member. We just texted Tuesday. I believe her brother needed her in heaven. 804-874-8814

I worked with David Jones for several years in the Chesapeake Real Estate Assessors office. Didn’t know Jennifer as I took position within another city dept before she arrived

Sorry for the loss and prayers to family, etc.

David was a close friend of mine for the past 25 years. He selflessly supported Great Bridge High School wrestling, publishing their wresrling annual each year foe at least 10 years. That annual included photographs of each wrestler, their biographies, historical questions and answers, and sponsors. This was all volunteer work, He was honest and generous. This is a huge loss to the wrestling community and to the city of Chesapeake, where he worked as an appraiser of commecal real estate. All of us will miss him.
